I got six bids for the replacement of my asphalt roof on my home and replacement of the flat roof over the garage. They saw some other items that other companies missed. Their bid was very competitive and the quality of the work was very professional. I have a a roof replaced by them on a steep Victorian home in 2003 and they recertified it for 5 more years when I sold it this summer. I would use them again for a roof replacement.

The management is extremely helpful with advice & thorough in assessing all the work the job needed. The installation crew did an outstanding job and were friendly & professional. I’ve used Prime Roofing four times for new roofs due to hail damage in Colorado Springs, CO, once for a new roof in Peyton, CO due to a blizzard, and recently, roof repair due to a lightning strike. They were very responsive at every stage of the process and were very helpful in submitting all info needed by my insurance company. J. Free roof inspection, it only took a couple of minutes. I knew my roof would be fine because I just had it replaced but they were willing to come out and inspect my roof for free. I figured after that hail storm we had it couldn’t hurt to check. They came by and were swift in their inspection, I now can rest easier knowing my roof is prepared for the next storm. Maybe I will look to them in the future for repairs and replacements!

Prime Roofing was a pleasure to work with . They provided a competitive bid. They even worked to expedite obtaining roofing supplies for me as I needed to get my home on the market, and a recent hail storm had created a backlog of 6,000 homes all needing roofing materials. the crew was prompt. They were so efficient that on day three, they just picked up and left. I looked around, all the wrappers and trash were gone, no nails in the yard, and the dumpster had been removed. I could not ask for better service. The building code inspector came, and the roof passed. I could not ask for better service.
